You may request to have the Mennonite Home Communities Security Department check and ensure your home is safe. If you would like to authorize the Security Department to check your home, please fill out the information in the spaces below.

If you should need additional time, please contact the Viva Center Receptionist to extend the time you are away. If you should come home early, please call the Viva Center at 717-390-4100 or Ext. 4100.
